Zhongyue Chen received the B.Eng. degree and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. Her primary research interests include retinal OCT image analysis, sequential filter for joint detection and tracking, and acoustic signal processing.
